Current CPR/First Aid certification

Ability to commit to at least one year (unless applying for a temporary role)

APPLICATION
The first step in joining our elite team is to fill out our comprehensive application form. This form gathers essential information about your background, experience, qualifications, and preferences. INTERVIEW
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we move on to the interview stage. During this process, you'll have an opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion for working with families. Our interviews are designed to delve deeper into your professional experience, childcare philosophy, and personal values. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and learn more about our agency, ensuring that we are a good match for each other.

SCREENING
After successfully completing the interview process, you'll sign a candidate contract. An extensive background check will be performed to verify your qualifications. The check will include a criminal, driving and more to ensure the highest level of trust and safety. Our support continues beyond the hiring process, providing you with ongoing assistance to ensure a successful and fulfilling experience with your new family.
