Who We're Looking For
We're selective by design — every candidate we represent reflects the standard of care our families expect. To be considered for placement, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare or domestic staffing experience

At least 3 verifiable references from families you've worked with

Current CPR/First Aid certification

Valid U.S. driver's license

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check

Ability to commit to a minimum of one year (unless applying for a temporary role)

Strong communication skills and professional conduct

Willingness to follow agency safety guidelines and policies

Non-smoker

A genuine passion for working with families and children

SCREENING
Once you've completed the interview, you'll sign a candidate agreement and undergo a comprehensive background check, including criminal and driving records. This ensures every family we work with can place their full trust in the candidates we represent.
