Following the initial meeting, we proceed with a thorough candidate screening process. This step is designed to verify the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. Hiring Decision and Support

Finally, we support the family in making their hiring decision. We provide comprehensive feedback from the screening process and offer guidance to help families choose the best candidate. Once a decision is made, we assist with contract negotiations and ensure a smooth transition for both the family and the caregiver.
As an added assurance, if the candidate leaves within six months, we will replace them at no additional cost to you. Our support doesn’t end with the hiring process; we remain available for ongoing assistance and check-ins to ensure a successful and harmonious relationship.
