Whether you're looking for full-time support, temporary coverage, or something in between, we're here to guide you through the process from start to finish.
A nanny's role is centered on your children — their care, development, daily routines, and well-being, including keeping their spaces tidy. Nannies are not responsible for tasks that serve other household members. If your family needs a broader scope of support, hybrid roles such as nanny/housekeeper or nanny/household manager can be arranged — as long as expectations are clearly defined and agreed upon before placement begins.

Nanny
A nanny is a childcare specialist who provides personalized, in-home care for children of all ages. Their primary focus is the safety, well-being, and development of the children in their care. Nannies may be employed full-time or part-time, live-in or live-out. We also place Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) for families seeking dedicated newborn support.

Elder & Companion Care
An elder or companion caregiver provides non-medical support and companionship to seniors or adults who need assistance with daily living. Their role may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, errand running, and providing meaningful social engagement. This placement is ideal for families seeking trusted, compassionate support for an aging loved one.

Family Manager
A family manager provides childcare as their primary responsibility while also supporting the broader needs of the household. In addition to caring for the children, they may manage family calendars, run errands, coordinate schedules, and assist with light household tasks. This role is ideal for families who need both dedicated childcare and day-to-day household support.

Housekeeper
A housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home. Duties typically include cleaning, laundry, ironing, tidying common areas, and keeping the household well-stocked and orderly. Housekeepers may work on a full-time, part-time, or scheduled basis depending on the family's needs.

Household Manager
A household manager oversees the daily operations of the home with little to no childcare involvement. Their responsibilities include managing household staff, coordinating vendors and repairs, overseeing budgets and household expenses, managing inventories, and ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is best suited for larger or more complex households.

Personal Chef
A personal chef plans, prepares, and serves meals tailored to the family's dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and lifestyle. Responsibilities may include menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen. This role is ideal for busy families who value healthy, home-cooked meals without the time commitment.
