Our Pricing & Placement Process

At The Noble Nanny, we believe every family deserves dependable care, compassionate service, and complete peace of mind. Our pricing reflects the personalized attention, expert matching, and dedicated support that comes with every placement we make.

Whether you need a full-time nanny, part-time caregiver, or a live-in professional, we guide you through every step, from consultation to placement, with care, integrity, and professionalism.

Registration Fee — $500 

Your registration fee begins your personalized experience with a dedicated placement specialist who will guide you through every step of the process. This fee is credited toward your final placement fee.

This one-time fee includes:

  • A personal consultation and family needs assessment

  • Assistance crafting a clear and appealing job description

  • Access to our private network of pre-screened nannies and household staff

  • A custom search strategy tailored to your family's schedule, values, and care preferences

 

The registration fee is required to begin your search and is non-refundable.

Placement Fee 

Full-Time (35+ hrs/week) — 15%, minimum $4,500

Part-Time (under 35 hrs/week) — 20%, minimum $4,500

Temporary (up to 6 months) — 25%, minimum $4,500

Live-in — 15%, minimal $5,500

The placement fee is due upon offer acceptance, prior to your caregiver's first day. All fees are non-refundable.

Your placement fee includes:

  • Comprehensive candidate search and direct recruitment

  • Pre-screened professionals personally selected for your family's needs

  • A curated presentation of qualified, experienced candidates

  • Interview scheduling and trial coordination

  • Support with your work agreement and recommendations for household payroll providers

  • Ongoing support, including one replacement search within 12 months for eligible placements, subject to our replacement policy

Your Guarantee

We stand by every placement we make. Eligible placements include one replacement search within 12 months, giving your family added peace of mind.

If your placement doesn’t work out within the first 12 months, we’ll conduct one replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to our replacement policy. The replacement search is based on the original position and agreed-upon terms, and all fees must be current and paid in full.

Found a nanny on your own? Let The Noble Nanny make sure your hire is done right. Our $1,100 consulting package provides professional, third-party support to help you vet your candidate thoroughly, set clear expectations, and move forward with confidence.
