At The Noble Nanny, we believe every family deserves dependable care, compassionate service, and complete peace of mind. Our pricing reflects the personalized attention, expert matching, and dedicated support that comes with every placement we make.
Whether you need a full-time nanny, part-time caregiver, or a live-in professional, our placement specialist works closely with your family from the initial consultation through your caregiver’s first day and beyond.
Registration Fee — $500
Your registration fee begins your personalized experience with a dedicated placement specialist who will guide you through every step of the process. This fee is credited toward your final placement fee and includes:

Assistance crafting a clear and appealing job description

A custom search strategy tailored to your family’s schedule, values, and care preferences

Direct recruitment and outreach to qualified candidates on your behalf
The registration fee is required to begin your search and is non-refundable.
Placement Fee
Placement fees are calculated as a percentage of your caregiver’s estimated gross annual salary. A minimum placement fee of $4,500 applies to all placements, and $5,500 for live-in arrangements.
Full-Time
(35+ hrs/week) - 15%
Part-Time
(under 35 hrs/week) - 20%
Temporary
(up to 6 months) - 25%
Live-In - 15%
The placement fee is due upon offer acceptance, prior to your caregiver’s first day. All fees are non-refundable.
Your placement fee includes:

Comprehensive candidate search and direct recruitment

Pre-screened professionals personally selected for your family's needs

A curated presentation of qualified, experienced candidates

Interview scheduling and trial coordination

Support with your work agreement and recommendations for household payroll providers

Ongoing support, including one replacement search within 12 months for eligible placements, subject to our replacement policy
Your Guarantee
We stand by every placement we make. If your placement does not work out within the first 12 months, we will conduct one replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to our replacement policy. The replacement search is based on the original position and agreed-upon terms, and all fees must be current and paid in full.

Comprehensive third-party background screening, including criminal history, driving record, Social Security number verification, sex offender registry search, and address history

Consulting Services
Already found a caregiver on your own? The Noble Nanny offers two consulting options for families who have identified a candidate and need professional support evaluating or preparing to hire them. Consulting services do not include a candidate search or the replacement guarantee.
